In-House Rentals allows clients to rent our studio space(s) and equipment for a day or for multiple days depending on what the use is for. The rental gear will never be leaving the studio so you will never face the risk of having the gear, props and/or space you need taken away from you.
We do not allow our equipment to be used and/or brought outside of the studio at this time.
Seeing as we only offer In-House Rentals, all our equipment and studio space is allocated to you for the duration of your rental.
We understand accidents happen. However, if you break, rip, stain, or do any form of property damage, you will be charged a replacement fee, depending on the item. Any floor damage is subject to a repair fee ranging between $250 – $1000.
Yes, you can bring your own team into the studio. However, there are certain pieces of equipment that are ONLY operated by our In-House team. Even if you or someone on your crew has experience operating this equipment, for the safety of everyone on-set only our staff will be operating it. For example, the Bolt X and MovieTech Dolly will only be operated by our In-Studio team.
Dry ice, haze and fog machines are allowed. Wax candles, open flames, slime, and sparklers are prohibited. If you are bringing confetti, glitter, artificial snow, sand, feathers, or flowers into the space, please also indicate that at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, no. Our In-Studio team is in charge of the equipment and managing the gear (Cameras, Grip, Bolt X etc.) for your rental and will not be teaching you how to operate the equipment.
During your booking, be sure to select the specific stage (Cyclorama, LED Wall, Kitchen Studio or Shower Studio) you want your content to be filmed in and we will adjust our sets accordingly.

We offer a “Hands-On” and “Hands-Off” Approach. Hands-On allows you to participate in your shoot virtually or in person whereas Hands-Off doesn’t allocate for client participation. If you have any questions, be sure to reach out and ask!
Depending on the shoot and the components of it, turnaround is typically anywhere between two days to a week.
Typically, we don’t give out the raw footage and/or files as everything is edited through our team. However, if there is a specific reason you would like the raw footage/files, let us know during pre-production and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.
Once you approved the videos and downloaded your content, you would be able to choose the most convenient shipping option for you. You can pick up your products yourself, generate a shipping label through the StylePhotos platform, provide us with your own shipping label, or if your office is located within GTA, you can order courier drop off service.
During our initial consultation, let us know what the specific goals you’re trying to achieve are and we will accommodate your video to be formatted to whatever platform suits your needs.
Our Hands-on approach offers you the opportunity to participate in your shoot, either in person or virtually. With our in-house photographer, you can direct and oversee the entire process.
On the other hand, our Hands-off approach grants you peace of mind by allowing us to handle all aspects of the shoot for you. Simply provide us with your style guide, and our team will take care of the rest.
Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days, beginning from the receipt of your products and payment of the invoice. However, if you require a faster turnaround time, our rush service guarantees a delivery time of 2 days. Please note that a rush fee will apply.
If you opt for our rush service, kindly notify our team at least 48 hours in advance, to ensure we can accommodate your request.
After discussing your project with our team and clarifying all details, you can either deliver your products in person or select a courier service of your choice, such as UPS, FedEx, or Uber Package. Kindly provide a tracking number and include a return slip inside the package, if applicable. Please note that if you opt to use Uber Package, the client is responsible for the Uber fees. This also applies if you choose to use the same method for returning the items.
We welcome new clients to register on our content creation and management platform, equipped with all the necessary tools to create highly informative style guides for your project. Should you require any assistance with the registration process or navigating the platform, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are happy to assist you in arranging special skill professionals, such as models, hair and makeup artists, and stylists. However, please ensure that you make this request well in advance. It's important to note that these services are considered add-ons, and will be charged separately and are not covered by membership discounts.
Our studio stands out from others because of our cutting-edge ecommerce solutions. During your booking, one of our certified operators or studio managers will assist you in selecting the perfect machines for your project, which we'll determine during the pre-production phase. Please note that any changes to the style guide on the day of the shoot that require a different machine will incur new rates.

Additionally, depending on the membership plan you select, you can enjoy discounts ranging from 20% to 30% on eligible services for each order, as well as other benefits.
A style guide is a technical brief of what you expect our team to execute and deliver. This could include number of shots for one product or multiple photos each SKU, any website specifications, background color preference, specific ways of styling and any other details you want us to know. You can even include image inspirations or samples.
